Meeting Rooms

The Ramada-Glens Falls/Lake George Area features two meeting rooms, the Georgian Room (47 x 33) and the Mohican Room (24x 20).  Both rooms offer flexible set ups for varying numbers of guests.  Your time is valuable!  An experienced meeting planner can assist in making recommendations on how the set-up best accommodates the number of guests to best get the most out of your meeting, whether the meeting be small or a large.

Room Set Up Descriptions and Recommendations

Theater Style – allows for the maximum number of guests to attend the meeting.  Theater Style is rows of chairs without any tables.  Recommended for large groups that will not need food and beverage and where note taking is minimal.  

Classroom Style – recommended for a formal meeting and in which notes will  be taken.   

Conference Style – recommended for a meeting in which all parties wish to interact and see each other as well as take notes.  

U-Shape Style – recommended for a meeting in which all parties wish to interact and see each other and view presentation by head speaker and take notes.   

Banquet Style – recommended for less formal gatherings where attendees will want to see and interact with one another whether they are working in groups or enjoying a meal.  

Banquet Style with ½ Rounds  – recommended for meetings with a presentation in which the attendee will not need to turn their chair.  It is also condusive for working in groups, taking notes, and enjoying refreshments.   

Audio Visual Equipment

The Ramada-Glens Falls/Lake George Area will take the stress out of the details meeting planning.  A experienced meeting planner is ready to assist with the audio/visual needs.  Please note that some equipment may need to be rented with no up charge the client.  Please note the following prices:

Lavalier Microphone      *$85.00 per day

LCD Projector                 *$135.00 per day

Overhead Projector         $25.00 per day

TV/VCR/DVD Player        $25.00 per day

Risers                               $30.00

Dance Floor                     $150.00

*Indicates equipment is not in-house and will need to be rented and 72 hours notice is required.  Hotel will make rental arrangements.  Please note that price is subject to fluxuate on rental equipment as price listed is approximate.

Catering

The Grill is the official caterer for all Ramada-Glens Falls/Lake George meetings and events.  Chef Ute Mehalick is pleased to cater all events from  board meetings to baby/bridal showers to  banquets.  Whether it be buffet or sit down, Chef Ute and her catering staff do it all.
